Clear heating cabinet

(1 hour) Move stuff from heating cabinet (bellow the bar top) to the cabinets outside kitchen. Clear up the space for heating the food on Sunday.

Peel potatoes

(3 hours) Peel potatoes. Put them into pots with water.

Dust, touch up hall

(3 hours) Light cleaning of the hall which has been thoroughly cleaned the previous week.

Arrange tables

(1 hour) Arrange tables on all floors, put table cloths

Put plates upside-down, silverware, napkins.

Wash silverware, plates for distinct guests

(1 hour) Use dishwasher

Print “Reserved†signs and place them on table as necessary.
